Notes: For Tanky team i mean when you face vs a strong team, with at least 3/5 of fighters/tank with a lot of armor. For Standard team i mean the classic setup: 1 tank/jungler , 2 ap, 1 carry ad, 1 support.
Optionals: I use these items when i need more survivability.
